On July 22, a total of 164 Golden Seeds officially joined GTS and became part of the GTS family, with onboarding taking place across three locations: Shenzhen, Wuxi, and Guangzhou. A five-day culture training program was launched simultaneously.

　　The training program was scientifically designed to meet the growth needs of new hires, balancing theory and practice. The theoretical sessions included premium courses such as Corporate Development Strategy, Corporate Culture, and Introduction to Substrate Products and Processes, helping the Golden Seeds systematically grasp the company’s development trajectory, industry trends, and key product knowledge. The program innovatively incorporated interactive activities such as team building and knowledge competitions, accelerating team integration and knowledge absorption in a fun and engaging way. In addition, the company arranged special process study sessions and full-process tours of the production workshops, leading the Golden Seeds to the front line of manufacturing for a firsthand look at the entire production process.

　　Throughout the training period, all Golden Seeds participated with great enthusiasm, demonstrated diligent learning and critical thinking, successfully passed all course assessments, and accomplished every task of the training program.
