On July 25, a total of 165 Golden Seeds officially joined GTS across its three locations in Shenzhen, Wuxi, and Guangzhou, becoming part of the GTS family. A five-day culture training program commenced simultaneously.

　　To help the Golden Seeds smoothly transition from campus to the workplace, the company designed a systematic training curriculum that integrates theoretical empowerment with factory tours. In the classroom, a series of courses were delivered progressively, including Corporate Development Strategy, Corporate Culture, Introduction to Smart Factories, and Introduction to Substrate Products and Processes. Outside the classroom, interactive activities such as team-building exercises, professional seminars, and knowledge competitions were organized, accelerating team cohesion and integration among the Golden Seeds through friendly competition and collaboration. During the production site visit, the Golden Seeds went deep into the workshop floors, learning process knowledge alongside engineers and observing the entire manufacturing process of various products up close.

　　Throughout the training, all Golden Seeds demonstrated high spirits and active engagement, earnestly participating in every learning and interactive session. All successfully passed the final assessment.
